Upgraded pellet handling systems for increased throughput and reduced degradation. Implemented custom helical chutes and gentle handling equipment to maintain pellet quality throughout the process.

Custom-designed production biomass sampling systems for quality control. Systems were third-party evaluated and shown to be within the statistical accuracy of laboratory sampling methods.

Northern Climate Conveyor Systems
Specialized conveyor design for extreme northern climates with temperatures reaching -40°C. Implemented cold-weather materials, heated components, and specialized enclosures for year-round operation.

Pulp Mill Chip Storage Optimization
Optimization of chip storage and reclaim systems for improved inventory management and reduced material degradation. Included pile compaction analysis and automated pile management systems.
